  • MATHEW CUMMINGS

    Associate Pastor - mathewcummmings@crossroadsharrison.org

Mathew has been part of the Crossroads family for more than a decade, serving faithfully in a variety of roles. From June 2014 to October 2023, he poured his heart into leading students as our Student Pastor. After a short time away, he returned in May 2025 to serve as Associate Pastor—continuing his passion for helping people grow deeper in their relationship with Jesus.

A proud Florida Gator, Mathew earned his B.A. in Religion from the University of Florida and his Master of Divinity in Theology from Liberty University. When he’s not at church, you’ll probably find him cheering on the Gators, hitting the gym, walking his dog Gryffen, spending time outdoors, or catching a good game.

Over the past several years, Psalm 46:10 “Be still, and know that I am God,” has played an integral role in Mathew's own spiritual growth and it now reflects his heart for helping others find peace and confidence in God’s presence, no matter what life brings.

  • Drew Fields

    Student/Children's Ministry Intern - edge@crossroadsharrison.org

Drew serves as a Student and Children’s Ministry Intern at CrossRoads, a role she has faithfully filled since May 2024.

A lifelong member of CrossRoads, Drew is a true "church baby." She has had the unique privilege of being dedicated as an infant and later married within the same church family she has always called home. Her ministry journey began as an elementary student in CrossRoads KIDZ, where she helped lead worship during children's church. That passion continued through her student years as a member of the Edge worship team, and she has faithfully served on the adult worship team since she was a teen.

Drew earned her Associate of Arts degree in Elementary Education from North Arkansas College. Her love for children, students, and discipleship naturally compliments her desire to serve the local church.

She and her husband, Tyler, were married in October 2025. Together they enjoy serving at CrossRoads, with Tyler volunteering in Student Ministry and on the AV team.

Ministry has been woven into Drew's story for generations. Her great-grandfather and grandfather both served as pastors, and her great-grandfather once pastored the church that would eventually become CrossRoads. That rich heritage has helped shape her love for God's people and His Church, but her deepest desire is to faithfully answer God's personal call on her own life.

  • DAYTON ATCHLEY

    Student/Children's Ministry Intern - edge@crossroadsharrison.org

Dayton is a Harrison native who has called Crossroads home for the past eight years. After serving as a Student Ministry Intern for the last two years, he has developed a deep passion for investing in students and walking alongside them as they discover what it means to follow Jesus.

He recently graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a bachelor's degree in Religion and Sociology. Outside of ministry, Dayton enjoys traveling, watching sports, and cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks. Whether they're winning or losing, you'll always find him calling the Hogs.

A passage that has had a profound impact on Dayton's life is Ephesians 5:1–2: “Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children. And walk in love, as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us, a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.” These verses continually remind him that ministry begins with faithfully following Christ and loving others the way He first loved us. Dayton's desire is to help students experience the transforming love of Jesus and to encourage them to live lives that reflect Him.
